Job Opening: Full Time Administrative Coordinator in Sarasota, Florida

Purpose: The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the President and Director of Marketing/Business Development. Position provides a broad range of business support to the organization for both internal and external purposes to all Take Care branches and offices specifically within Care Management and Marketing/Business Development.

Responsible To: President & Director of Business Development

Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, preferred)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, to prioritize and produce on-time delivery of results
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Keen understanding of corporate culture and ability to immediately translate to both internal and external communications
  • Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior desktop publishing/design experience desired
  • Website experience a plus, not required (specifically WordPress)

Essential Job Duties:

  • Care Management
    • Provide administrative support which includes but not limited to phones, office supplies, brochures, and tracking of various lists, billable hours and client data.
    • Assist with monthly on-call schedule and in-office schedule
    • Responsible for TCA Training Guide & other new employee materials
    • Enter new client/potential client data
  • Marketing and Business Development
    • Develop, produce and build promotional materials
    • Provide writing and editing support as required
    • Update website and support social media sites
    • Manage marketing projects
    • Maintain CRM to track referral sources and research competitors

Marginal Duties:

  • Act as back-up to Front Desk Coordinator as assigned
  • HR Project Support
  • Support other company departments as needed
  • Plan special events throughout the year as assigned.
