Telephony Monitor – Sarasota

This position is for the corporate Take Care Sarasota office.

The purpose of this role is to maintain electronic medical records per process requirements, monitor the electronic telephony system and troubleshoot exceptions in coordination with scheduling, nursing and accounting. Individual must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Required Education & Experience:

  • High School Graduate
  • Expert level Computer Skills
  • Ability to work within multiple computer applications at the same time

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Maintain medical records by sorting and recording receipt of medical documentation per process requirements
  2. Track missing documentation
  3. Review documentation for completeness and identify missing information
  4. Follow-up with caregivers to ensure completion and collection of documentation
  5. Electronically file/maintain medical documentation per process requirements
  6. Audit medical documentation
  7. Monitor the TrueTrak telephony system throughout the day to determine any issues real time, track issues through to completion
  8. Troubleshoot any exceptions as they occur by working with the relevant departments to resolve
  9. Train caregivers and office staff on the telephony system as needed
  10. Maintain confidentiality
  11. Backup for receptionist when needed
  12. Other administrative office duties as assigned
