COVID-19

Your health and well-being is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the evolution of COVID-19 to make sure we are doing everything being recommended by the Florida Department of Health, the Agency for Health Care Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will keep this page updated with the latest findings and how it affects Take Care clients and caregivers.

We want to take a moment to assure you we are taking additional actions above our usual standards of precaution and cleanliness with clients and throughout all Take Care offices. The well being and safety of our clients, caregivers, and staff continue to be our highest priority.

Added protective measures this week are taking place including a call by our office Nurses to ensure proper and additional supplies are on hand in the clients’ home setting (thermometers, liquid hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc.).

We reinforce and ask that everyone continue to practice the following:

  • Wash your hands (frequently, and for minimum 20 seconds with liquid hand soap)
  • Don’t touch your face, eyes, or mouth
  • Cough/sneeze into the bend of your arm
  • Stay home if experiencing any cold-like symptoms and/or are sick

Above all, you can be assured, Take Care continues to provide the excellence in care that we are so well known for. If you have any questions, please call us (941) 927-2292.

Sincerely,
Susanne S. Wise, RN, MBA

What Our Clients Have to Say

I was a so nervous about both my parents but knowing they are not driving and that they have someone caring for them and managing their medications on a daily basis was a relief—not sure if I can even explain how much it means to me. I just started a new position in China and knowing my parents are safe is a blessing. You all have worked to establish a way to keep them safe in their transition of accepting care.
