April 10, 2020: Update on Mask Protocol

Hello – Take Care wants to stress the importance of following all our protocols and to wear a mask when you are with a client and when you are going out either for or with the client.  These protocols are designed to keep you and the client as safe as possible.

Please remember:

  • All employees are now required to wear a mask when working with their client(s) and when out doing any errands.
  • If you are taking a client on an approved medically necessary appointment, you and the client must wear a mask.
  • If you do not have a mask, please call Nursing ASAP so we can provide one to you.

When wearing a Mask: once you put on your mask, you should not touch the mask again. If you need to do so, you must wash your hands before and after touching the mask (for example, to remove mask for eating and/or drinking).

  • For your safety and protection, cloth masks need to be washed nightly in very hot soapy water and dried on a high heat.

If you have any questions, please contact your Clinical Supervisor.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Sue contacted and vetted more than 20 care providers for my very important client and quickly weeded out those that were not up to par with the high standards set by Take Care. My client was very appreciative of the referrals shared and was equally impressed with our close community contacts who were willing to help us help our clients. This is yet another example of why so many of us feel comfortable working with and sharing our clients with Sue Wise and her company, Take Care.
