Referral Program

At Take Care Home Health, we are always looking to grow our teams with talented, hardworking caregivers. You model the best, and we trust your recommendations on who you believe can uphold our reputation in delivering the best in care.

Take Care’s new employee referral program awards a bonus of $200 for those whose referrals meet the following requirements: The referred caregiver needs to be actively working for at least 90 days and a minimum of 120 hours after attending orientation; and both caregivers (referrer and referred) need to meet our caregiver performance objectives.
