Our Response to COVID-19

An Important Message from Our CEO

While there are so many uncertainties surrounding the news of COVID-19, we want to take a moment to assure you we are taking additional actions above our usual standards of precaution and cleanliness with clients and throughout all Take Care offices. The well being and safety of our clients, caregivers, and staff continue to be our highest priority.

We are actively monitoring the following regulatory bodies ensuring our precautionary measures and safety are current: Florida Department of Health, Agency for Health Care Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Added protective measures this week are taking place including a call by our office Nurses to ensure proper and additional supplies are on hand in the clients’ home setting (thermometers, liquid hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper, etc.).

We reinforce and ask that everyone continue to practice the following:

  • Wash your hands (frequently, and for minimum 20 seconds with liquid hand soap)
  • Don’t touch your face, eyes, or mouth
  • Cough/sneeze into the bend of your arm
  • Stay home if experiencing any cold-like symptoms and/or are sick

Above all, you can be assured, Take Care continues to provide the excellence in care that we are so well known for. If you have any questions, please call us (941) 927-2292.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Sue contacted and vetted more than 20 care providers for my very important client and quickly weeded out those that were not up to par with the high standards set by Take Care. My client was very appreciative of the referrals shared and was equally impressed with our close community contacts who were willing to help us help our clients. This is yet another example of why so many of us feel comfortable working with and sharing our clients with Sue Wise and her company, Take Care.

John, Client's Trust Officer
